“I walk in and they know my name. Ive been going to Daniela specifically for years so she’s gonna ask me how my kiddo is, how my life is, how work is. It feels like your friends with them so I look forward to it. Its like going to see a friend every couple of weeks.

Behind the Brand
After graduating from the University of Texas and from the esthetician program at Ann Webb Skin Institute, I started Pink Lady Lash inside of a small suite in Pflugerville, Texas in 2014. In 2016 and 2017, Pink Lady Lash relocated and expanded to two different locations in Westlake and Cedar Park. Most recently, at the end of 2020, we combined the two Pink Lady Lash locations to one larger location in Westlake.
I spend most of my days taking care of my toddler, training the talented team of artists at the salon, or recording my podcast, Lash Boss Radio. I host classes for outside artists at our salon on the weekends as well! I love traveling to lash events all over the world, and have had the honor of speaking at lash conferences and judging competitions in the last few years.
I organize the Lash Boss Conference every year for lash artists around the world to learn from top educators in the industry, and am working on opening Lash Boss University next to the salon in late 2021.
I still love to work alongside the team and also provide my cell number and email to every single client who walks through the door. I welcome honest feedback and do my absolute best to make sure every last client is more than happy to be a part of the Pink Lady Lash family.

The Pink Lady Difference
It’s clear that all of us are here to make our clients feel beautiful, but we also want to artfully design a set of lash extensions that still preserves the integrity of the natural lashes.
Lash artistry is both a science and an art, not one or the other. Your extensions should both look great and feel comfortable. Your own lashes will not be damaged in the process, and the extensions will look soft, fluffy, and flattering to your own unique eye shape and face shape.
And beyond that, your lash extensions should look great at all times because our work lasts! We still recommend that clients come in regularly for fills so that we are able to provide maximum fullness. Most clients schedule fills every 2 weeks, so that we can place new extensions on the “naked” lashes that have grown in since your last appointment and replace any grown out extensions with fresh ones at the base! This ensures your follicles stay healthy and your lashes look full at all times.

Where did you get your education?
I have a degree in Sociology from the University of Texas. I went to Ann Webb Skin Institute for my esthetics license but focused on lashes all through beauty school.
How long have you been lashing?
Technically since 2011, but full time starting in 2013.
What’s your favorite part about Pink Lady Lash?
My favorite thing about the company is just knowing how it started and seeing how it has evolved and grown so much. I love that we have stayed true to our original intention of just doing lashes the correct and healthy way and providing a great experience for our clients. I spent a lot of years working on the business and tweaking every aspect from the check-in and check-out experience, to the training and on-boarding of a new team member. It is still a little surreal to me when I walk into the salon on a busy day.
Do you prefer lash lifts or extensions?
Extensions. They replace the need for most eye-makeup. I usually go without mascara, liner AND shadow when I have extensions because I love the look of simply glowy skin, glossy lips, and fluffy lashes on their own. Lash lifts are great but usually you’d still need mascara for that extra pop every day.
What do you ask for when you get your own lashes done?
I love light volume, but I get a more dramatic look when a special occasion is coming up. I love to make my eyes appear bigger so I usually get a shape that has longer lashes in the center of my eyes. I love a perky curl which makes my lashes look longer and again, will make my eyes appear larger.
What’s your favorite type of look to do on a client?
I personally love doing classic most. I think volume gets so much love, but doing classic is really interesting because you can make it appear so realistic yet so dramatic at the same time. I love doing sets that will make people wonder what mascara you’re using.
What advice do you have for first time clients?
Do your research. Listen up during your consultation, we have a lot of good tips to get the best wear out of our lashes. Be honest with your lash artist if you haven’t followed aftercare and listen to our advice! Also know that the process is completely painless, most people fall asleep. The lashes are applied to each individual natural lash, not to the skin or to any other lashes. Lash extensions do NOT cause damage to your natural lashes but improper application definitely will. We use a very minimal amount of adhesive that does not like oil so cleansing your lashes is SO important.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I am a new mom, and love every minute I get to spend with my baby. I also love paddle-boarding during the summer or family time in general.
What is your fondest memory?
Giving birth to Blake in January 2020. It was an experience I will never forget.
Where is your dream vacation?
Greece or Italy! Although, I got to visit London recently and that was absolutely magical and NEED to go back. I loved it so much I almost considered moving there for a few months.

Coming up on 5 years! Time flies when you’re trying to perfect a craft.
What’s your favorite part about Pink Lady Lash?
Squad goals, our staff is amazing. Clients are included in the squad because they’re a ray of light!
Do you prefer lash lifts or lash extensions?
Lash extensions! I always say lash lifts are “cute!” They give a natural look while opening up the eye and adding some perk! Extensions just add much more fullness, length and you’re able to play with the shaping and curl.
What do you ask for when you get your own lashes done?
I typically go with the natural shaping of my eye. Usually more length at the arch of my brow while extending the outer corners to add a bit more of a “swoop” to my eye shape!
What’s your favorite type of look to do on a client?
Fullness, mastering a 6D fan is always a joy. Length is fun but fullness, I personally feel is always much more dramatic yet realistic!
What advice do you have for first time clients?
Accept what your artist recommends when it comes to what your lashes can handle and listen to aftercare!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Go out to eat, dance with friends, play with my doggo Frankenstein, play video games and just veg out in bed.

How long have you been lashing?
I started lashing at the beginning of 2018 🙂
What’s your favorite part about Pink Lady Lash?
The atmosphere alone is something both clients and employees love, it’s such a women-empowering and welcoming place!
Do you prefer lash lifts or lash extensions?
I’d say I go for extensions normally, but when I had a lash lift, I was also obsessed with how it looked! They both made my “getting ready” routine a lot quicker and easier
What do you ask for when you get your own lashes done?
My natural lashes are very very straight, so when I get extensions, I ask for a pretty curled look, that opens my eye but also draws it out (since I love winged liner!) I like volume because it gives me the fluffiness I love!
What’s your favorite type of look to do on a client?
I love doing volume because it’s very customizable- from natural to dramatic! My favorite shaping is adding length toward the arch of their brow, its so versatile and is flattering for every eye shape! For the most part, I do a curly lash because it lifts the eyes and makes them appear more open.
What advice do you have for first time clients?
Don’t be afraid to be honest and to ask as many questions you may have! We customize each service specifically to you, and what you want. Look on our website or Instagram page for pictures of all the techniques and services and feel free to show your favorites to your artist so we have an idea of what you’re looking for 🙂
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Spending the day outside eating good food and good drinks, is my favorite thing ever.
What is your fondest memory?

What’s your favorite part about Pink Lady Lash?
I love the environment at Pink Lady Lash, there is always good energy and a positive atmosphere in the room.
Do you prefer lash lifts or lash extensions?
I prefer lash extensions because I like a dramatic look.
What do you ask for when you get your own lashes done?
When I get my lashes done, I ask for volume or mixed, a textured- perky curl on the lashes, dramatic, and an open eye shape.
What’s your favorite type of look to do on a client?
My favorite look to do on a client is an open eye with a perky curl! No matter whether it is classic or volume, it creates a dramatic look that looks amazing.
What advice do you have for first time clients?
My advice would be to communicate with your lash artist if you have something specific in mind, and to always have trust in them to design your lashes to look beautiful!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love to watch movies with my boyfriend or go on walks and listen to podcasts!

How long have you been lashing?
I started lashing summer of 2020.
What’s your favorite part about Pink Lady Lash?
The positivity and professionalism. I love coming to work!
Everyone is so upbeat and friendly! The atmosphere is so clean and organized. The list could go on and on…
Do you prefer lash lifts or lash extensions?
Lash Extensions because I love a dramatic look. I’ve been getting lash extensions for years and I still remember the first time I got them done… I felt so confident and beautiful. I’ll never go back to bare lashes again!
What do you ask for when you get your own lashes done?
I have downturned eyes so I use extensions to give my eyes a “lift.” I have fairly long natural lashes so I ask for the same length (or just a tad longer) but with a perky curl! I love a dramatic look so I go full volume extensions!
What’s your favorite type of look to do on a client?
If a client asks me what I would recommend, I typically start with following the natural arch of the brow for an “outline.” It’s flattering on everyone and it’s easy to change up the look on your next fill if you’re wanting to adjust anything.
What advice do you have for first time clients?
You are going to be here for a few hours with your eyes closed if you’re getting extensions. Feel free to bring headphones and listen to a podcast. Most clients take a beauty nap and that’s totally fine and encouraged!
Side note- prepare to become a lash addict.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I’m big into wake surfing! Once I’m done with work I’ll more than likely be under the 360 bridge to finish out my day with a surf session! If I’m not surfing, I’m traveling somewhere or hanging out with my family.

What’s your favorite part about Pink Lady Lash?
Can I say everything? Lol. My coworkers are the sweetest souls and the atmosphere is very female-empowering. Shelby holds us to high standards which is important to me because I’m in a constant competition with myself to never stop improving!
Do you prefer lash lifts or lash extensions?
Extensions! Lash lifts are a great alternative to extensions but as an artist, nothing is better than being able to get into my zone and focus on nothing but creating the perfect set of lashes for each individual client.
What do you ask for when you get your own lashes done?
It’s taken me YEARS to figure this out but I prefer fullness over length, a natural shape that follows the arch of the brow, and a soft curl that transitions into a perkier curl towards the outer corners because it lifts my downturned eyes 🙂
What’s your favorite type of look to do on a client?
When it comes to shaping, I love following the arch of the brow because it’s so flattering on everyone, especially if a client isn’t sure what look they want to go for yet!
What advice do you have for first time clients?
Definitely come to your appointment ready to relax! Also, I think it’s really important for clients to know that lashes are not a one size fits all kind of thing. Pictures are a great way to show your artist what you like, however, keep in mind that different styles, lengths and curls look different on everyone!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love to read, go on walks, listen to podcasts (I’m a Crime Junkie!), watch scary movies and snuggle with my dogs
What is your fondest memory?
My fondest memories are of my grandmother. She passed away in 2018 but she practically raised me and she’s the funniest, most amazing woman I’ve ever known!

"Its always a great experience"
“Bailey is my favorite. I think I came in a couple years back and it was really good. They were great about explaining the whole process to me. Obviously you have your eyes closed the whole time so you dont know what’s going on but Bailey was really good about telling me what we were doing and the whole process.”
